A hope-filled church. A hope-filled people.
One Church. One Hope. New Hope.
Established 2013
New Hope Worship Center was founded in 2013 by Pastor Joseph A. Palm and Kim Palm, with a vision for a church that would bring the hope of Jesus to people and families throughout our community.
Today, Erik Pimentel serves as our Senior Pastor.
When it came time to give the church a name, New Hope wasn't just something that sounded good. It represented what we believed God was calling this church to become.
Through every season, God has remained faithful. Jesus remains at the center, and the mission continues.
Our leaders

Why we're here, and where we're going.
New Hope exists to lead people to Jesus, develop devoted disciples, and empower them to serve and multiply the hope of Christ.
To be a Christ-centered, multicultural family where people find hope, become devoted disciples, and carry the hope of Jesus into the world.
Our programs
Everything we do, from Sunday worship to our kids and youth, prayer, outreach, Life Groups, and our Disciple-Making Pathway, should ultimately help us accomplish that mission.
- Sunday worship at 11:15 AM
- Prayer together on Zoom, Monday through Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 AM
- NextGen Youth on Thursdays at 6:30 PM
- Bible Study on Thursdays at 7:00 PM
- Each month, our 55+, Men's, and Sisterhood Women's ministries gather on Saturdays
- Each month, we serve our neighbors through Community Outreach
- Each month, families come together for Family Fun and Fellowship Night
Growth Track helps people connect, discover their purpose, and serve, and our 12-week Disciple-Making Pathway walks adults and NextGen youth through four movements: Follow Jesus, Become Like Jesus, Serve Like Jesus, and Multiply Like Jesus.
LOVE GOD • SERVE EACH OTHER • REACH THE WORLD
At New Hope, we express our faith in three simple ways:
LOVE GOD
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He created us to know Him, worship Him, and live in relationship with Him. Deuteronomy 6:4 • Isaiah 64:8 • Matthew 3:16–17; 28:19 • John 16:7–15
We believe sin separates us from God, but Jesus made a way back to Him. Through His death on the cross and resurrection, the penalty for our sin has been paid and our relationship with God can be restored. John 3:16 • Acts 2:22–39 • Romans 3:21–24
We believe the Bible is the inspired and trustworthy Word of God. It reveals who God is, shows us how to know Him, and guides us in becoming more like Jesus. Psalm 19:7–10 • 2 Timothy 3:15–17 • 2 Peter 1:19–21
We believe salvation is God's gift, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Everyone who confesses Jesus as Lord and believes in Him can receive forgiveness, new life, and a restored relationship with God. John 5:24 • Romans 10:9–10 • Ephesians 2:8–9
We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration that we belong to Jesus. It represents our identification with His death, burial, and resurrection and the new life we have received in Him.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, available to every believer and distinct from salvation. The Holy Spirit empowers us to follow Jesus, equips us with spiritual gifts, produces His fruit in our lives, and gives us power to be His witnesses.
We believe in Communion as a time to remember and celebrate what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. At New Hope, all who have received Christ and surrendered their lives to Him are invited to share at His table.
SERVE EACH OTHER
We believe the Church is the body of Christ and a spiritual family. God never intended us to follow Jesus alone. We grow stronger when we worship together, encourage one another, pray for one another, and walk through life together. 1 Corinthians 12:12–31 • Ephesians 4:11–16 • Hebrews 10:24–25
We believe every believer has a place and a purpose. God has uniquely gifted each of us so that together we can strengthen His Church, serve others, and make a difference.
We believe following Jesus means serving like Jesus. He modeled humility, compassion, generosity, and sacrificial love. We are called to use our gifts, time, and resources to serve one another. Mark 10:45 • John 13:34–35 • 1 Peter 4:10
We believe we become devoted disciples in community. As we learn God's Word, pray, worship, serve, and walk together, we help one another become more like Jesus. Acts 2:42–47 • Colossians 3:12–17
REACH THE WORLD
We believe God is a God of hope and a God of purpose. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that even in seasons when we cannot see what God is doing, His purposes are still at work. He desires to give His people “a future and a hope.” This hope ultimately finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ—and it is the hope we are called to carry to others. Jeremiah 29:11 • Romans 15:13
We believe God's heart is for people. Jesus came to seek and save the lost, so His Church cannot exist only for itself. We are called to carry His love and hope beyond our walls. Luke 19:10 • Matthew 28:18–20
We believe every follower of Jesus is part of His mission. Wherever God places us—our homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and communities—we have opportunities to demonstrate His love and share the hope of the Gospel. Acts 1:8 • 1 Peter 3:15
We believe God transforms, heals, provides, and empowers His people so that transformed lives can impact other lives. What God does in us is meant to flow through us.
We believe Jesus Christ is coming again. Until He returns, we will continue making disciples, serving people, sharing the Gospel, and multiplying the hope of Christ wherever God sends us. Isaiah 49:6 • Matthew 28:18–20 • Romans 10:13–15
We Love God. We Serve Each Other. We Reach the World.
We are New Hope—and we believe there is a future and a hope in Jesus.
